Gentlemen of Bacongo Daniele Tamagni, Paul Smith, Paul Goodwin. It all started back in the days of French colonialism in the Congo. In the 1920’s young men working for the colonialists returned from Paris bringing with them the latest most stylish Parisian dandy fashions, looking like authentic French gentlemen.
I loved this track when it first came out and she stills sounds great, and what a classic video from Gerard de Thame, still looks great.
